Script to generate an html page

I would like to complete this today. I have my own linux server running WHM/cpanel. I need a VERY SIMPLE script to generate an html page. The html page is an ebay item description with self hosted images. The project consists of taking the 2 sample html pages I have made for you and adding the code that will make them functional. Pretty self explanatory when you see the 'admin' page. The user will type in some text in a text area, choose/add some images (that he has already uploaded in a specific directory on my server) into the html page, press a button and copy the code (the user will paste that code into the ebay 'list an item' html area.
