Webapp and learning, someone who will help me, guide me and help with PHP/Js project

Dear Freelancers, My name is Vojta and I am part of a team at TimeMaker. We are currently in the process of developing a web-based application which has the primary function of retrieving contacts from our database and processing various tasks associated with each contact. This includes customizing different forms for each job done, uploading pictures and connecting to different cloud storage services (such as OneDrive). Currently i am using Wordpress and adding code as plugin. The original web-based app was developed using PHP, JavaScript and MySQL on a CentOS platform, within a custom engine. Unfortunately, the original developer is no longer available and we are seeking to both recreate certain functionalities of the existing software and develop new features within a new application. Although I possess a basic understanding of PHP, MySQL and CentOS operations, we are seeking an experienced web developer who would not only bring the requisite technical skills, but also patience and helpful communication skills. The ideal candidate would be able to guide me through the development process, providing clear explanations and teaching as we go along. We value a collaborative process and see this as an opportunity for shared learning and growth. The key tasks for this project would include: Examining the existing web-based solution to understand its structure and functionalities. Assisting in recreating and refining key functions in the new application. Developing new features such as custom forms, image uploads, and cloud storage integration.
