Estimating Project Manager

Organize and coordinate sub-contractors to complete takeoffs for a 4 story hospital building using On Screen Takeoff software. Coordinate the export of these takeoffs from OST to RS Means using their online database. (2011 data is good enough) Export bids from RS Means to excel spreadsheets organized by division. I expect that you, and sub-contractors will have their own full copies of OST already running on your computer. If you need access to RS Means online, I can provide this. It's better if you already have access. The takeoffs and estimates are for the following master format divisions (the other divisions are being handled separately, so details of the job may change along the way for coordination purposes): Division 02 — Existing Conditions (natural conditions) Division 04 — Masonry (concrete block/brick) Division 06 — Wood, Plastics, and Composites (framing) Division 08 — Openings (doorways) Division 10 — Specialties Division 12 — Furnishings Division 14 — Conveying Equipment Division 28 — Electronic Safety and Security Division 32 — Exterior Improvements Division 34 — Transportation Division 40 — Process Integration Division 42 — Process Heating, Cooling, and Drying Equipment Division 44 — Pollution and Waste Control Equipment Division 46 — Water and Wastewater Equipment Division 48 — Electrical Power Generation Some of the divisions do not apply to this bid. The building plans and specs will be provided when hired. Be forewarned that all documents total about 8500 pages, some will be applicable to this scope of work and many will not. The drop dead deadline is April 5. Entire scope of work must me completed by then for my formal bid submission. Do not accept this job if there is any risk of running past the deadline.
