I have over 5 years experience setting up and maintaining Linux servers for different needs. Closest to the above requirements is my current debian server which is running a few sites that use mysql, nginx, php-fpm and postfix. uwsgi or django won't be any problem. I can easily set up the required environment and write a bash script to automate the process.

Hello. My name is Max Dunkerley. I am a Software Engineer, System Administrator and DevOps person for a weather company. I am in charge of 150+ Ubuntu servers on Amazon Web Services (AWS). I create, configure, update, and monitor these servers. I currently use Python (Fabric) to do all of our deployments and configuration updates and everything is stored in git. I am a very honest and upfront person and will tell you my strong points and weaknesses. For example, I am great at automating server builds and have automated server builds for MySQL and NGINX on Ubuntu. I have never used uwsgi or Celery, so that would be a weak point of mine. The large majority of our code at my employer is Python and so is the automation scripts so am very familiar with Python. This is also my first proposal on Freelancer.com. I have completed some projects on oDesk though. You asked for an example of a project so I will give you one that is ongoing at my full time position. I wrote the scripts that automate our main server builds so that they build the same every time and can easily be built in different regions with only small configuration changes to fabric. So, for example, one type of server we build is a front end gateway running NGINX. The script creates an instance on EC2, installs nginx, pushes our custom config from the repository, does token replacement on values in the nginx config and then reloads nginx.
