I am currently in need of assistance with a bioinformatics project that focuses on genomics. I require assistance with both data analysis and interpretation for a large data set (over 100GB) of information. I need help in understanding and interpreting the data and drawing appropriate conclusions from it. This project requires an individual who is knowledgeable about the field of bioinformatics, with experience in working with large datasets and analyzing or interpreting data. The successful candidate should have a broad skillset in the areas of genomics, databases, data analysis, as well as data interpretation. Knowledge of various bioinformatics software such as R and Python is desired. The applicant should also be able to communicate complex data in an understandable format.
