Python game with pygame

Hi everyone, For study purposes, I need to develop a simple pygame software. I ask you to read the description below: Strategy of game: Heroe and Villain. Heroe: Police man Villain: thug man You can choose a simple image to represent each of them. The only scenario is a street with one bank. The police man is in front of bank waitting thug trying to escape. The police man try to shot protecting the customers of bank. The must have 3 levels. Beginner, median and hard. We can separate levels by growing up number of thugs: Beginner: One policeman and 1 thug Median: One policeman and 2 thug Hard: One policeman and 3 thug The policeman has 5 bullets in his gun. He can shot when the thug is appear on front door, windows aside or roof. The policeman has 40 seconds to solve this robbing. A sound can play on background and we need a 3 buttons: Start / Exit game Start / Stop background sound Instructions (how to play) So, thats it! Anyone can do it for me?
