This project consists of creating a 3D model STL file of a object we have some pictures of the object. The object has minor detail not that detailed is approx 12" x 4". We need someone qualified and has done 2D - 3D conversions. Also is good at 3D design. We will own source once it is done. A few modifications as discussed. Our contract is that we must be 100% satisfied with your work the list must be very accurate We pay 100% when project is 100% complete. We will put full 100% of project costs in Escrow and pay when project is 100% complete and we are satisfied. By accepting this project you agree and will forfeit all payments until we are 100% satisfied and work is 100% done.
