Texture a simple 3D object in Maya- UV Mapping and Texturizing

I have two objects built in Maya (2 x Fireplaces) and I need to do some UV MAPPING to texturize them. It looks really bad if I just lay over the TEXTURE image over the 3D OBJECT, so I need someone to really make it look real. I have included the Maya files and the textures I want to wrap the fireplaces with. There are 3 different textures. I need each Fireplace wrapped with each texture. These fireplaces are going into an Augmented Reality app and need to look real. I have included an image of the app also so you can see how you will see the Fireplaces in the APP. . For the right person this will be super easy and take probably less than an hour to do. Quality is key here. Thank you,
