OpenGL Renderer

Hello, we need to have an OpenGL-Renderer, which is able to render everything in FullHD (1920*1080px) to Framebuffer with 50 Frames per Second. Later the Framebuffer should be handled over to a Blackmagic Decklink-Videocard. The renderer should be able to: - create simple predefined Shapes like rectangle, circle, triangle and lines -> it should be possible to add colors, gradients and textures to those shapes - create simple predefined 3D-Objects like Cube and Sphere -> it should be possible to add colors, gradients and textures to those 3D-Objects - create text-objects with High-quality by using windows *.ttf or *.otf-Fonts -> adding Shadow and Blur would be needed as well - create groups, where objects or groups can be hold -> animating groups seems to be easier then a lot of single objects - load scenes -> we would like to create scenes, with objects from above. those scenes should loadable from this renderer -> as background-info: we plan to remote the renderer by sending commands like loadScene and overhand him also content for text-objects - tcp-ip-server -> the renderer should be able to work as a server, to receive commands from clients -> commandsstructure would be done by us, but we would like to see a server implemented from the begining - as we plan to animate objects, we would need to have a sample how to animate objects and/or groups - render into the framebuffer-object with Alpha-Channel. - render a single picture (*.png or *.tga) with Alpha-Channel. We would need to have a little animated sample-output (maybe with all needed objects), where we could see a local output and save this to 32-Bit-Picture. We would need the Sourcecode to be written in Delphi XE2 or XE5. We need to receive the Sourcecode as well. We plan to extend this renderer, so its architecture should be object-oriented as much as possible. If you need to create special *.dll-files by c++, we would need to have the sourcecode for those as well, to be able to change something If you have any question, please ask.
