Filipino 3-5 Hours /day Executive Assistant for CEO Needed

Hello, my name is Mark Javier and I am a Filipino living in the United States. My parents immigrated here before I was born. Last year, I started a company called Plants Without Borders. We are an online farmers market that connects small-scale growers to global markets. The majority of our imports come from Thailand and Indonesia, but our next objective is to partner with growers in the Philippines to provide them more opportunities. We are hiring for a short-term contract for a Supplier Development Manager. We are looking for someone who is: 1. Willing to work at a fast-paced startup. 2. Is comfortable making calls and participating in videoconferences. 3. Will work extremely hard. 4. Always will be available when required. 5. Understands the significance of the Mission and wants to help Filipinos. Hours required/day: 3 Days worked: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday US Requirements: Be available immediately at your start time on WhatsApp and Google Meet videoconferences if needed. You will be granted access to our Slack communication platform if we decide you are a good fit for a monthly contract. Duties: - Response within 10 minutes of message during shift - Web Research - Phone calls to gather information if required - Brainstorming sessions/suggestions to CEO - Take care of administrative work for CEO - Any other general administrative tasks - Translation if needed Past agricultural, sales, or corporate experience is preferred. We will be evaluating multiple Sellers over the next 48 hours and will be making a decision then.
