The successful applicant must have excellent English- both spoken and written.
Experience required:
-good organizational skills
-good Administration skills
-be able to motivate sales team, have PROVEN track record.
-a good eye for detail
-the ability to solve problems
-the ability and willingness to contact people on the phone/Skype to market the membership upgrades & advertising opportunities.
Miscellaneous Requirements:
-must have a good working environment at home
-must have their own PC or laptop
-must have a very good fast broadband connection
Job Overview:
-You will have a small team of reps to manage. We will need you to hire more reps as needed.
-The job is to be completely responsible for running an online monthly magazine & social site.
-The job would involve many things, and you will have a small team to support you with IT jobs etc.
· Daily you will need to call & email new sign ups introducing them to the site, answering questions, explaining to them all the site features. Try to upgrade from free members to VIP(paid memberships)
· Weekly Mail-outs we use a mail service to send our weekly mailers you must update subscriber list and send mailers.
· Find advertisers- this is how we would make our money, with people advertising on many of the pages of the colorful magazine
· Adding New Video Content Daily ( we will provide)
· Attending weekly sales meetings with site owners to discuss goals.
-You must be available during US hours CST 10am - 3PM
-This is Part- Time position as daily it should take you no more than 4-6 hours to complete all duties.
