SalesForce List-Building Solution

We're a small company (15 SalesForce users) currently using SalesForce to build marketing campaigns, as well as track sales, etc. Currently, building mailing lists is a huge, time-consuming process because there is no Report Type that can filter by these four objects at once: Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Campaigns. For example, we need a report that: 1. Starts with all Contacts in our SalesForce Account 2. Filters out some Contacts by specific Account fields 3. Filters out additional Contacts by whether they received a certain Campaign 4. Filters out still other Contacts by whether their Accounts have certain types of Opportunities If this were a Venn diagram, we need all circles to overlap, and we need to be able to filter at all points of overlap. Maybe this isn't possible? We've already tried creating a custom report type, which requires a hierarchy that then eliminates other object types. If you have serious SalesForce experience and think you can solve this, I'm interested in your bid.
