Wordpress Plugin Text over Image Editor

I need a plugin that allows a Wordpress user to upload an image of any size, normally 500 x 400 pixels average, then the ability to place text different sizes and colors from the Wordpress text editor place any where over the image, the image being the background and the text just HTML, then saved to be placed any where on a page or post with a short code. [coupontext id=1] ex of type of shortcode to reference saved edit. All edits must be able to be saved, deleted or edited.
