I need someone to build a user friendly forum that looks kind of professional and easy on the eyes. I want to have the option of paying registered members for every post via e-gold. They can withdraw everytime they reach 2$ worth of posts. Every post will be worth 1 cent USD paid in e-gold. I have a tight budget, what I am asking for is very simple but I have no idea at all on how to install these things or anything like that. I won't pay more than 120$. I would like to pay in paypal or credit card, master card.
