Manage google pre activated adwords accounts

I'm looking for a long term supplier for pre-activated adwords accounts with coupons applied The accounts must be set-up-ed per request. The accounts must work to run ads. Payment will be provided after the account depletion (ussualy 1 business day) I'm looking for accounts with coupons of $100 or $140 worth applied to them I will pay $20 for the $100 worth pre-activated account and 25$ per 140$ pre-activated account. i'm going to purchase around 40-50/month for a start Previous history with google adwords pre-activated accounts, must be proven.
