Onsite SEO repair needed, fix 404 errors for WPML multisite

Hello, I recentely had a freelancer due some non-SEO related work on my bi-lingual wordpress site that runs on 2 seperate domains using WPML. By accident WPML was deactivated and it generated hundreds of 404 errors on both my English and Spanish site with a severe dropping in ranking (About 24,000 queries per day down to 6-8,000) Freelancers job will be to fix these 404 errors. It will be a little trickier than using simple "301 Redirect" and here's why. Both English site and Spanish site run on same .htaccess files. Many of the 404 errors are occurring due to Spanish URL with English Domain name generating a 404. To simple redirect would cause a Redirect loop. Funds will be released when both English and Spanish site have shown less than TWENTY 404 errors for both my English site and Spanish site and it stays steady that way for at least one week. A bonus of $100 USD will also be assessed if both the English site average over 25,000 queries a day for more than 10 days and the Spanish site averages over 8,000 queries per day (These were the numbers before the 404s occured).
