Hourly paid job with great PERFORMANCE BONUSES. [please read it carefully, I'm here to really hire someone, so be attentive to the details] I'm starting a new business and using Instagram and LinkedIn as marketing channels. I need help with various small and simple activities such as: (1) Mining (searching for) viral Instagram Reels and (2) creating a relation with my niche - could be a description, comment or title. I need to post 1 Reel per day. You'll send me a few Reels per day and I will remix the one I see more potential. Evaluation: I will evaluate your job constantly based on the quality of your searches and of course, if it goes viral, that's an indicator too. ***If the Reels goes viral, I will give you 1 PERFORMANCE BONUS (A). ***If we reach 5 viral Reels within 1 month (using the ones you sent me), another PERFORMANCE BONUS (B) on the top of the first. (1st month working together) Hourly paid rate = USD5/hour PERFORMANCE BONUS (A) = USD10 PERFORMANCE BONUS (B) = USD25 Since I"m starting (currently I've 1,8k followers) I cannot pay much and also the tasks are pretty simple. But I'd be willing to increase the rate for the 2nd month working together. Going viral means = 1M views within a few days (less than a week). I've gone viral a few times, so I can pass you some knowledge and training. Required skills: a good English level (Portuguese is a plus) and abilities with social media.
