Need a Wordpress expert for existing site

I'm looking for a Wordpress expert to fix a couple of issues on an existing site. when in the editor in word press if we add an image an tell the image to place centre it does centre on the page, same if we tell it to go right it doesn't appear too the right. We also need to easily be able too add text to the side of images like an easy way of doing a txt wrap. We would also like to be able to edit the page in a real view and not have to use the HTML. We would like to be able to see the page and to be able to type on the page and see exactly how it looks If you think you can fix these issues please contact me.
