MS Access Form & Report

I have one table in MS Access that i want to create a pivot form (one form and a dynamic report ) thats it the table called "All" with the following columns : Sec_Code -number Sectore -text dept_number -number dept_number_desc -text grade -number nationality_group1 -text Staff -number Vacancies -number Resigned_Staff -number Staff_Hired -number Offers_Submitted -number Notes: **each sectore has more than one department **then each department has more than one row depending on how many distinct "grade & nationality_group1" combination it has **nationality_group1 can take one of 2 values only **then the rest columns ( Staff, Vacancies, Resigned_staff, Staff_Hired, Offers ) are just numbers. Either a digit or a blank if no value Sample data & The format of the output reports will be sent later .. note that everything should be right-to-left Also i want to create a form ( a screen ) for the end user to run those reports and filter them. Like for example choosing which department to view data for or which sectore and so on ..
