VB.NET project: build Computer Rescue module

We already had Laptop Rescue form as attached screenshots (and another similar form called TV Rescue), now we need a programmer to build Computer Rescue, which is similar to Laptop Rescue. You will need to use our class [login to view URL] and modify it so that both TV Rescue, Laptop Rescue and Computer Rescue will share the same back-end code and logic. You also need to modify the Setting form to work with Computer Rescue.
