Residential Building Structural Engineer Needed - UK based only

I want to add 2 RSJ beams to my house to create a canopy above the proposed external terrace area. chem fix bolted back to the concrete structure of house. The house is a newly constructed single story property using ICF (insulated concrete formwork) with 150 mm thick concrete core and 80 mm extruded polystyrene on the outside and the inside. Generally, there is no rebar in the structure other than integral lintels and columns. The proposal is to add a minimal RSJ/UB steal structure to form a canopy structure. This new metal structure shall be fixed to the existing concrete structure by drilling and Chemfix with appropriate sized threaded bar, nuts and washes. It should be noted that 2nr concrete deep pad foundations have already been installed to align with the 2nr vertical RSJ/UB’s. As will be seen from the sketches provided approximately 45% of the area of the steel structure will be used to create a canopy. The remaining 55% remains open to atmosphere. Any metal exposed shall be appropriately protected against weather and the elements. The canopy roof structure will be formed using C24 timber joists in the traditional way. it is proposed that 10 mm glass panels be incorporated into the roof structure, however these sizes are not been determined as yet each panel of which there are six could be in the region of 2.2 m long by 1m wide and 10mm thick DESIGN REQUIREMENTS Using the information provided, design of appropriately sized RSJ's / universal beams including oh fixing plates, holes, thread anchors and alike. on-site welding small be avoided what design? Therefore only bolted connections on site. The design should state the maximum expected deflection to the 2nr RSJ’s / universal beams. Looking for candidates based in the UK only. Any ? let me know.
