Support for PHP-Nuke site urgently needed

Hello, I need various work done on my php-nuke website which include fixing minor bugs in my OS Commerce store, RSS of my forum and some other pages on the site, create a flash block to show different event flyers at random and to showcase other features and activities going on on the site and to also integrate fast click codes into specific pages. *Also anyone with SAM Broadcasting software skills and experience, should please let me know. I've had to repost this project because the provider xpertprogrammer who won the project collected my money and disappered. I've had to make a claim through Pay Pal which is still being investigated as he hasn't responded to the claim and refused to return my money. He is simply a thief, advice to others stay away from this guy, as you can see he has already received bad reviews from other buyers.
