Comprehensive Candidate Data Enrichment Project

We are a leading recruitment and resourcing specialist in Australia, specialising in both temporary and permanent recruitment. We are dedicated to finding great candidates, and matching the right candidate to the right role and company, quickly. Operating across sectors such as Transport, Logistics, Education, Manufacturing, and Construction, we’re keen to build a brighter future for candidates and companies alike. Over the years, we have built a large candidate pool in several industries, but in some cases, have lost touch with some candidates. As such, we have legacy candidate data – and this is where this project comes in! We will provide a specific list of legacy candidates, and we need assistance in someone calling the candidates on the list; confirming their details, and their current role and skills; identifying the industry or industries they can work in; and, hopefully, bringing them back to the organisation as an active candidate to place. The role will include: - Cold calling to candidate data provided based on the script provided - Gathering and confirming information based on the script provided - Updating the information in the sheet provided - Returning regular updates on progress, highlighting any active candidates open to exploring opportunities Once the initial project is completed, we may have further project requirements, to be determined.
