Sketch Up - Do some 3D Modelling

I am looking for someone to develop a retail environment that will have a range of different elements in the scene. These elements will be simple and will be developed so we can skin them with various brained elements later. There will be two main points of view that will need to be important in the development 1- The view or design will be at front of an office from outside, on the road, showing signs, a car and various other typical front or shop / business elements. 2- This scene will be more about the office desk that a customer sees when the walk in. This view will contain various things like a image wall area, computer, business card rack, broacher holder area, and about 10 more other detailed elements that would full the view with relevant business collateral. 3- This scene will also have another slight variation of the products together on the office desk as indicated in View 3 The 3D build will be a combination of these two main views, possibly a few other renders from close up and at various other angles. There will be a bout 45 elements in total that need to be included into the scene. I have attached some images that reflect this and the type of art direction i am trying to [login to view URL] this I don't mind if you download all of these elements from existing places... this is just a visual representation that needs to be done, white background and white in style for everything, no colour. This will leg done in order to populate the scene with branding later, e.g.: the Ace company. The way I would be building this is: think that you are approaching a business from across the road and you see all of it branding and advertising… View 1 Now you enter the door and a sales representative is standing there will all of the branded attire and visual communication that highlights a room and sells to the consumer a selection of products and services…View 2 This design needs to be supplied to me also as sketch up files so I can work on any small tweaks.
