Spanish to English translation

I have approximately 280 pages with approximately 300 words/page of Mexican Spanish-language content that I need translated to English quickly and accurately. The content is in hard copies and will be scanned to PDF for this project. Most of the content is in simple paragraph format, but some is in table or graphic illustration. For the paragraph formatting, I need the English translation to be formatted as it has been in Spanish. The table content needs to be formated into a similar table format and translation of the content in any graphic illustrations needs to be spelled out in such a way that I know where on the illustration the content came from. All English content needs to be returned to me in MS Word (either .doc or .docx) format. The chosen provider will be required to sign an NDA and will need to provide samples of previous work and have consistently high ratings from previous Freelancer projects in the past 6 months. I'll provide detailed information to selected translators. I need the job done in 1 month.
