Ubuntu server task (setup openssh + ftpserver + help with settings)

I need some help with installations on ubuntu (we will connect with teamviewer): -Setup ubuntu openssh server -Add users -Open the server for public access (with username and password) -Open required port(s) in the router -Install ftp server -Add users on ftp server -Open the server for public access (with username and password) -Open required port(s) in the router -Show me how I can add folders that are accessable through ftp -Show me how I can access magento from outside with ssh ------------------------------------------ Afterwards I want to receive all commands (in a log file) that are used to set up the server , so I can use it again if needed in the future.
