Using Vb.net 2013 Winforms, Create an XML file that matches Sample XML file Using A Class Created form XSD files using the microsoft tool xsd.exe to create the classfor the vb project

Do not bid if you are not familiar with [login to view URL], xml files or xsd files. This project is for creating a vb.net 2008 or 2013 project that creates an xml file that matches exactly the xml sample file in the attached. I don't want to just create the xml file from scratch, I want to create a class based on the xsd files and then utilize that class to create the xml file. [login to view URL] is a tool that takes a xsd file and creates a class that can be included into an existing visual studio project. When creating the class please make sure the /l option is utilized and the VB language is selected and that the /n option is selected with the following namespace Tx_Transactions_V_1_5. It looks to me like the [login to view URL] is the main xsd file that the class needs to be based on. Please don't modify any xsd files or the class created from xsd.exe.
