I'm in need of a professional virtual assistant who can help me manage my day-to-day tasks sporadically and part-time. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both French and English, as I deal with tenants who speak both languages. Tasks will include but not limited to: - Answering phone calls in a friendly and professional manner - Respond to tenants' queries and requests - Relay any important messages to me promptly - Book appointments and visits as requested - Manage my schedule effectively - Any other administrative tasks that may arise Although it's not mandatory, having previous work experience as a Virtual Assistant will be an added advantage. Please note that your proposal should not just include your past experiences but also how you plan to handle the job effectively.
