Script as below, which needs to be timed to the video - link below... [login to view URL] pass: priory "founded around 1081 by William de Warenne, the priory of st pancras is situated on the site of a saxon shrine little remains today, after the church and surrounding buildings were destroyed during the dissolution of the monasteries in henry VIII’s reign at which time the religious buildings were flattened and became the site of formal gardens. until 1830 the site was largely ignored, until housing development in Lewes enveloped the priory along it’s northern boundary. builders allegedly sold off the human bones, teeth and skulls they found. it wasn’t until 1845 when the railway was dug through the site, and the grave of the founder William de Warenne and his wife found, that the site started to attract archealogical interest. today, the visible buildings include the first church rebuilt in stone, from originally wood and predated the priory, the refectory where the monks spent their time in silent contemplation communicating only with hand signals, the small 10 seat 11th century toilets, the dormitory where monks slept on straw mattresses, but had fur-lined shoes to help them keep warm at night and the impressively proportioned 12th century toilets which contained at least 59 individual cubicles and no doubt provided the monks with some much needed privacy. The toilets themselves were raised and the running water sewer is visible today. the infirmary, where the monks tended for the sick and would let blood to bleed out impurities is no longer visible. its outer walls are marked out. In 1964 the Helmet Statue was erected in the south-east corner commemorating the battle of Lewes in 1264, where King Henry 3rd lost to the barons led by Simon de Montford. A mass grave from the battle was discovered during the excavation of the railroad in 1845. Finally in in the north-east corner is a faithful recreation of a medieaval herb-garden, a project undertaken by school children in Lewes and started in 1983 and continues to grow herbs to this day. whilst the northern part of the site remains in private hands, the site south of the railroad is open all year round to the public free of charge." Hi, I like doing these kinds of projects and have also previously done this sort of work. You are more than welcome to check out a sample in my portfolio. As for my experience here, I've been working as a content and article writer, mainly; but, I also did some blog posting, article spinning, audio transcribing, etc. Should you have any questions about me, my work or my experience, I'll be happy to answer. In the meantime, see my reviews and kindly consider my proposal. Kindest regards. Isidora
