Find 10 advertisers on my 'Pay to blog' website

Hello Have you heard of websites like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] They are websites where webmasters and advertisers can find suitable bloggers who shall review their website. The webmasters earn valuable inbound links as well as traffic from the blogs, and the bloggers earn money for writing the post. I have now come up with a similar website. My website overcomes a few shortcomings that the other sites I mentioned above have. I am now looking for advertisers to sign up on my site. I will look after getting the bloggers. I am only looking at the advertiser sign up. Need to get around 10 advertiser sign ups. PS: I want to prevent fake signups from the bidder just to complete the project. So, to prevent that I shall pay only after atleast one advertiser pays the blogger.
