change graphic to website

Hi there, we need a designer who can help us to make the website [login to view URL] look nicer. The layout will remain the same, you are required to change colors, border text... just graphics changes. it must look great. We need a light graphics, the page must be less than 100KB. In particular we need to change look at these 6 pages: 1. Home: [login to view URL] 2. List: [login to view URL] (these pages are under construction) 3. post an ad: [login to view URL] 4. Ad Details: [login to view URL] 5. Shop area: it's a small website within the portal. 5.1 [login to view URL] 5.2 [login to view URL] (we might add a personalised picture) You are not required to know ASPX. ALL THAT YOU HAVE TO DO IS: 1. SAVE THESE PAGES ON YOUR PC (HTML); 2. CHANGE THE GRAPHICS TO THE 6 PAGES and save them in HTML standard W3C; 3. SEND ME THE HTML FILES. The perfect candidate: - must autonomously work; - must know CSS, HTML, Adobe suite (flash inclusive), javascript. - is a great designer; - speaks/writes very well either in italian or english. - since we are looking for a long term partnership, i would prefer (but it's not compulsory) someone who can realize SEO oriented websites with XML parser DON'T BID for more than 100$... a mock up is required. The first one who will provide a good mock-up at the right price will win the bid. The winner will be favourite for other projects. Thank you
