PSD TO html Expert Needed

Please Read the post completely otherwise bid will not be considered Only Indiviuals – No Companies. We will work directly with programmer. We Require Web Designers who have excellent knowledge of PSD to HTML converted. Only Tableless Designs. We will convert candidates who converts psd to valid W3C XHTML and css (either in html 4 or html 5 – though HTML 5 will be preferred but some of our projects are still in html4). Must be really good in CSS and applying javascript and jquery. Must know W3C best practices of writing HTML. We are located in New Delhi and would prefer someone from New Delhi and but other experts from across the world can apply. But definitely those will be preferred who are delhi and if they can come to our office, that’s even better. Please send me your CV and show experience in above technologies as stated.
