Drupal Designer - Theme Needed

We would like to take [login to view URL] and have a new theme designed. We would like a nicer header, Web 2.0 features, Java, not necessarily Flash. And a cleaner professional look. We would be open to 1 - 2- or 3 column format, and will keep all content. Not many pages needed. Theme can be zipped up and I will install the theme myself. Must be able to provide at least the mock up of a couple examples of a new header which will be needed. Once we determine that nice header is capable by you after seeing some mock ups, we will select you to begin the Drupal full theme assignment
