Have a commercial CMS installed on our server that need a a few customizations in the template (.tpl). We want to add a side bar to the current template. The template file uses CSS for styling so I will prefer someone who has done this kind of work before and has experience in customizing templates for CMS.
Need this ASAP. Should be a quick job for someone who knows what he's doing. I prefer someone who is one yahoo messenger for easy communication.
