Create a PSD Web Design Graphic

I just recently wrote a book and am needing a new web site to promote it. I have a very clear idea of what I want and have actually put together a PSD file that includes layers of graphics that should be included some how - a couple suggested backgrounds, and a screen shot of a sister site that I want this design to coordinate with, also in the PSD is an image of the book cover, etc. I just want it all to coordinate/match. There is already a color theme, it should be pretty easy to put it all together. I don’t need it turned into a web design/xhtml just yet, this project is only for the actual design of the PSD. I would like the winner to keep in mind that this site will only have one page, so there will not be a navigation menu, but there will be a lot of text, so it would be nice to set it up so that the background repeats to accommodate the text. Essentially it will be a sales page for my book. I would like it to be somewhat graphically intense but I do not want it so overwhelming that the graphics overpower the text that I will be including to describe the book.
