Directory Design

I need a PSD design for a directory website. Although a simple design, I have very high expectations. I absolutely expect high quality graphic work. I have a few specific layout and designs ideas so the bulk of the work will be creating the graphics. Final delivery is PSD. Ultimately, I want to create up to 10 additional designs based on this completed design. That is to say, same layout and overall design, but change the graphics to create a unique design for another directory. So there will be additional work if this goes well. If you have feedback, please submit your top three designs for review. If you do not have feedback, contact me for details and deliver a mockup for consideration. If you do not follow these requirements, your bid will be ignored.
