Help Complete Joomla Site

I need some help to complete a new Joomla site. I have installed the template and setup article content, menu, images and all else I am capable of doing. I have made a list of tasks to complete that I cannot do myself as I am not totally familiar with Joomla 3 The installed theme is “Graffito” from Rocket Themes and is loaded with full sample content and tutorials on Joomla! Version 3.0.2 Stable. If you have a proven track record with Joomla and have some knowledge of Joomla 3 then I would appreciate your help. Attached is the list of tasks. Thanks
