Law firm website redesign

We are looking to have our website redone. Here's our current website: [login to view URL] My boss has some thoughts about thoughts about what he would like for the site. It was built, and we have to go through, Windstream’s “easy site builder”, but we can copy and paste HTML and CSS in, and there are really easy widget things for adding like Google maps and a Facebook link, etc. Here are what he’s mentioned to me: 1. He'd like landing page where you can choose to enter the site either for Business Law or Estate Law. 2. He would like the background and images to be more positive and colorful for the estate site. Colorful, growing things, images of flowers or daisies, etc. He thinks the current nighttime theme is too dark. 3. Strong legal images for the corporate site-- gavel, scales, etc. So, maybe we need two “themes” but the general layout of the website to look uniform. 4. For the practice areas, he's fine with using other attorneys who do the same thing as a guideline since it doesn't describe what we do, but more what that part of the law entails/processes etc. This attorney has almost exactly the same practice areas as we do: [login to view URL] (we don't do non-profit). Here's another attorney who deals with probate and estate stuff: [login to view URL] 5. He wants a question or comment field which emails to us and will then prompt a response page or pop up that says "Thank you for contacting Thomas Cohen Law Firm. Your inquiry will be handled promptly. Please note that this informal communication does not constitute a relationship with Thomas Cohen Law Firm." Windstream's site builder has a contact form widget, so this does not need to be built from scratch. Obviously our current text doesn't contrast enough, we don't need a page for the administrative assistant, and we still want the profiles for the attorneys and contact page. I have pages set up on Facebook and LinkedIn and we have profiles on Avvo and Martindale which could be linked to.
