PSD to Wordpress with customisation

We need an experienced wordpress designer to make design modifications to psd files and then convert them to wordpress. You must have extensive knowledge with wordpress and exceptional design skills to secure this project. 1. We have a squeeze page in html & psd. We need to make modifications to the squeeze page design and layout and we need it converted to wordpress. Once converted to wordpress we will need to upload it to optimiser for split testing. You will be given text, wireframes and exact requirements for this squeeze page. This must be created in web 2.0 2. We also have 4 identical 1 page websites with html & psd files. We need a new design created for these 1 page sites in wordpress. The new design will include the squeeze page created in step 1 and a new sliding contact form which moves up and down with the user as they browse the site. You will be given a requirements document and a wireframe for what we need. Once this new template is made all 4 sites will be transfered onto it. These 4 new sites must then be seo optimised and converted to wordpress. This new design must be created in web 2.0 and must be pixel perfect. Code must also be w3c compliant and built with seo in mind. These sites are lead gen sites that will be used on keyword rich domains.
