210910 Web designer needed - Longterm

Hello, our company need Web Designers for our projects. We are looking for company or individual, which is specialized for Website design and can provide examples of his work. We are not interested in single design project, we need continual good cooperation on design works for our customers. As for a work, basically there are two types of project which you should be working on: 1. website simple designing website from scratch, in some cases, there can be given blueprint (smartening like template - defines only lay-out of page - menus, links, content space). 2. e-shop design mostly same designing as for website, but in case of e-shop each design has to solve more pages: usually home page , product detail, list of product's in category. In some cases, there could be only the home page since our e-commerce solutions has default layout. Some general rules: Timing is essential, I understand that you can't have always time, but if you promise me design till specific date, I expect to have than design not excuses. All used photographs or other similar parts has to have clear origin - we prefer to buy pictures from servers like Fotolia. We need only PSD file, no html programing is required, but if you are used to do also programing, please give me price also for coding. We will own all right for design, you can't publish this design on your website or any other public place without our permission (usually, this isn't a problem but we like to avoid any argument about this, so we advice it in advance. and because in some cases publishing old designs isn't possible, we need to have control over it), but you can send them to your customer's, and I can wrote review for them, or you can give them contact at me if they require personal reference. I need invoice's for paid work Now we have several e-shop designs in pipeline, so I need to know your BID for home page design only. But for future cooperation please send me through PMB also this information: Whats your price for website design What would be your price for e-shop design, including sub-pages Your price per hour of work Can you offer some discount based on amount of works What is your average realization time? IF you bid please send us your references on PMB. If you can't show us some references, do not BID or contact us - we require at least three samples of your work. We have 2 projects now, where we need design.
