Website/E-commerce Store

I currently own a website that I purchased from a Turnkey company. This website is a Jewelry E-Commerce store. I do not like my site, it’s not bad, but it could use some improvement, but my main issue with my site is the back end. I totally hate my admin portion of my site. This is where I manage the E-commerce for my store. It is not user friendly, and I have many issues managing my store. I have issues managing prices, products, advertisements, payments and shipping. I am looking for someone to make my site look better, and also either build or fix my E-commerce store so it can be user friendly, or easy for me to manage. I want the functionality to add new items that I want to put on deal on my home page, and as many items as I please. I also want the functionality to import and export CSV and XML files with new products, etc. Also I need help getting started with SEO, and PPC and all other types of advertisements on my site. I have IT experience, I currently am a senior network engineer at an IT Firm, so learning is not an issue. Unfortunately I have no web design skills. I am currently learning and taking courses on how to use Dreamweaver, but this is only so I can manage my sites, I do not plan on becoming a professional designer. My point is, I can learn a better e-commerce system if I am trained. So I would also need training to be provided on how to manage the newly renovated site.
