Online Marketing Assistant - UK Based - Part Time

This is a great opportunity for a great person with 'website, online marketing and social media' experience who is looking for a consistent amount of work for themselves. IMPORTANT - YOU MUST BE UK BASED. We are looking for a part time Online Marketing Assistant in our business. He/she will be self employed and become a key member of our team. We operate in the health/wellness and fitness industry helping business owners get great results with their marketing, sales and profits. You would work remotely from your home and attend 1 - 2 days per month our offices in Billericay Essex. You may also be required to attend additional events or training days as agreed. General Purpose Online Marketing Assistant will implement and assist in the delivery of our online experience for our business. The online marketing assistant is responsible for ensuring that our website remains up to date, our email marketing campaigns are implemented and delivered, social media and online video platforms are updated and used to ensure our online marketing plan is delivered. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities • Coordination and Implementation - co-ordinating with the Online Manager to implement the weekly, monthly, quarterly marketing plan is delivered on time. • Email Marketing - using our internal system, ensuring our email communications are delivered to our clients and prospects consistently and on time. • Website Maintenance - to ensure our existing websites are maintain to full functionality and performance and adding content as required. Social Media - using the social media platforms we have in place consistently deliver our marketing messages to these platforms and achieve the targets laid out for exposure using the existing and new tactics. • Video /Audio Production - Basic editing of video and audio to then be applied to the website and online platforms • Communication - to work alongside the Online manager and liaise with the other team members to ensure our online marketing plan is met on schedule each week, month and quarter. Education and Experience • Industry relevant production experience (if possible) • Knowledge and experience in Wordpress, HTML Coding, CSS and PHP • Knowledge of Email Marketing (Infusionsoft platform ideally, but not essential) • Knowledge of Social Media and the various platforms online to market a business • Experience of project management and working as part of close knit team • Knowledge of basic audio and video editing techniques for use with You Tube etc • Information technology skills PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV. along with any additional information and we will be in contact to arrange a discussion and see if we 'fit'.
