Twitter Website Required With a difference.

I am after a twitter website cross between Twitter & Heello . To have the following features: Map of where users are worldwide towns/suburbs, categories that I will send for groups to the successful bidder. Ability to chat, upload/send video & photos into tweets. Would like a custom landing page with graphics of what the website is about. Advertising on the pages Google or self loading from back end ect. Mobile app for the website as well completed the same time the website is completed... I am after someone who can finish the job professionally on time & who has positive feedback & can show their previous work with links that open to projects that they have completed. I don't want a twitter rip off, same features, plus something different that you can bring to the website different look & feel then what is out there. The landing page I would like to be able to grab peoples attention, be fresh, new & graphically new. Ability to log on with facebook/twitter, g+ or log straight in. A Facebook page also added that all tweets ect linked. Happy bidding & I am getting tired of people saying they can complete a project & then disappear. I am looking for a long term arrangement for this site. I will not send money offline nor will I pay before the website can be seen & used. If this does not suit then please don't bid.
