Website with minimum 21$ (Daily Earnings) - repost

I am looking for someone, who can create me 1 website (WORDPRESS ONLY), or I'll provide you one (as i'm myself a wordpress develper too), that earns me minimum of 21$ per day of Google Adsense, and it must relate to a topic that will remain of interest in long run if you create it. The site content must be original and SEO optimized with keyword used frequently. The look has to be professional, neat, optimized and very clean to draw in folks to click on the ads. Content cannot be garbled or spun text and must pass copyscape. Pictures should be original to prevent copyright problems, etc. I will pay the bidded amount AFTER I see an consistent income (e.g. 1 week minimum of google adsense earnings). If the project works fine, you will do more websites for me. Only use white hat techniques. NO spamming! Unique organic traffic(no bots or bought traffic). - I just want organic traffic, NO PPC, ADWORDS OR OTHER TRAFFIC SOURCES. NO autoblogs. You will choose keywords and niche, but you need to describe to me your plan how you will generate the traffic and why do you want to choose that niche. Backlinks on the Website must be strictly WHITE HAT, with right PR (2,3,4) and within reason (no spamming). WHITE-HAT STRATEGIES ONLY!!
