Hosting Business Redesign

Hi there, i need a Redesign of my German Hosting Website [login to view URL], we hosting Game-, Voice-, V- and Root Server in Germany. We are only Sell our Products in Germany and the Design i need in German but by the Translation i can help the Designer. I need the Design full Coded that i can include it as a Theme in Magento. Also i need a Advertising Banner for the Website in 4 different sizes (468 x 60 Pixel, 234 x 60 Pixel, 400 x 40 Pixel, 120 x 600 Pixel).
