PSD to Nopcommerce theme designer + programmer

PROJECT TIMEFRAME : 3 weeks (must be finished on/before 27th Oct) PROJECT DESCRIPTION Overview: Nopcommerce experience is a must. If you don't familiar with ASP.NET C# Nopcommerce, please don't apply this job. All that is required is that you convert detailed PSD files to high-quality responsive HTML5/CSS3 pages (packaged with CSS, Javascript, images etc.). The delivered responsive HTML pages must be built via Twitter Bootstrap. The code has to be clean, semantic and documented. We will provide some PSD files and a website for you to reference. This job is mainly focus on UI design. Only need to design the frontend, backend design is not necessary. Requirements: 1. Twitter Bootstrap 2. JavaScript 3. HTML5 + CSS3 4. Responsive UI 5. Nopcommerce experience is a must We don't care if you buy a theme and change from that, you don't need to delete the markups. We will pay if you can make the UI as same as the Photoshop PSDs.
