Test current site and fix it (including minor additional work)

We need someone to do the following: 1: Fix all the bugs/admin so we can use the [login to view URL] must be 100% functional before final payment. 2: Make the admin more user fiendly in layout. 3: Do some writing and minor design changes on the site (explained in attaced file) 3: Keep us updated every 3 days concerning work progress. The site must be 100% ok. Fully functional. Before you bid take a look at the attached file so you understand what the site is about. If you are a beginner and if you need 100% in advance the DO NOT BID! We want someone trustworthy who can deliver! Payment is when the job is finished if you do not have excellent feedback and references regarding similar jobs. This is not a big job for a professional so bid wise!
