Redesign existing html website and change into wordpress site

Hi I need to Redesign my existing html website and change into wordpress site [login to view URL] I want to kept he main function of the site, but improve the design a touch, making it cleaner and more professional. I also need the site converted into a wordpress site so i can make changes/add pages etc in the future easily. I like the general layout and feel of my site, but want to make it more modern and clean looking. I like the photo rollover, but happy to amend it a touch. obviously need to tidy up the footer. I like the main pages in the menu bar but need to tighten up the design on these pages also. I will send more details to winning bidder Thanks
