Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Simplify the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees, ensuring a seamless transition. 3. LLM-Based AI Automation System: Develop an AI-powered system to schedule and conduct initial screening phone calls and first-round interviews with candidates. The system should generate comprehensive reports based on the conversation. 4. Payroll and Accounting Tool: Integrate a payroll and accounting tool to automate payroll processing and manage financial transactions efficiently. 5. Performance Management: Implement performance management tools to set goals, track progress, and conduct performance reviews effectively. 6. Learning and Development: Provide learning and development resources to support employee growth and skill enhancement. 7. Employee Engagement and Feedback: Foster employee engagement and gather feedback through surveys, polls, and communication channels. 8.
