build website

i would like to have a website similar to that of live jasmine, i dont know anything about computers at all, so i need you to do it all pretty much, i would like to definetly use paypal as a merchant, i would also like for my website to have different languages, i would also like website to reach all countries, i would like for the customers to pay by the minute as well, i would like as much advertising as possible to my website, i also need help with the legalalities of it, i will be hiring people for webcaming, different features i would like on my website is gays, couples, women, men, also i dont wanna pay much like for a domain name all that stuff, and i would also like to be set up to get paid somehow when people click on my website, and any extra money that i can make. any other feature that you think is cool, i may consider putting it on my website, thank you. ( ps i really dont know nothing about computers, so you would have to pretty much do and invent every single thing for me) but its what i want. also in addition, i would like to have secure transactions, i dont want anyone to be able to break into my site, and if they do, i would like to be notified, and where its coming from, i want to know how to fix my website if it goes down i would like people to be able to email me ( i would have to make up and email) with any support or contact us, i would like people to also be able to become a member if they want to, for a certain amount, just not exactly in the sam text as live jasmine, but similar, thank you
